SYMPTOMS
========
When you launch Microsoft Golf 3.0 for Windows, you may be unable to change the
preferences of the character you've selected.
CAUSE
=====
This will occur if Golf 3.0 is installed to the root folder on the hard disk.
RESOLUTION
==========
Use the following steps to resolve the problem:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Remove Golf 3.0.
4. Reinstall Golf, making sure there is a path after the drive letter. For
example, C:\Golf3.
