SYMPTOMS
========

When you connect to MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may be prompted to install
Rifff files from the MSN CD-ROM.

CAUSE
=====

An incomplete download of MSN content containing Rifff components may cause this
issue to occur the next time you connect to MSN.

RESOLUTION
==========

Reinstall the Interactive Music Architecture component from the MSN CD-ROM. To
do so, use the following steps:

1. Insert the MSN CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive. If the Welcome To MSN window
  appears, close it.

2. Double-click My Computer.

3. Right-click the CD-ROM drive, and then click Explore.

4. Double-click the Msnsetup folder.

5. Double-click the Compnts folder.

6. Double-click the Imthart.exe file.

7. If you are prompted to restart your computer, click Yes.
