SYMPTOMS
========


This problem occurs when you access a Microsoft Exchange mailbox using Outlook
Web Access (OWA). When you create a new Meeting Request or Appointment, the
default start time is set to 8:00 A.M., regardless of the time specified in the
Business Day Begins At field under Calendar Options.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.5. We are researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
