SYMPTOMS
========

While you are connected to MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may receive the
following error message:

  Potential Safety Violation Avoided.

  This page contains active content that is not verifiably safe to
  display. To protect your computer, this content will not be displayed.

  Choose Help to find how you can change your safety settings so you
  can view potentially unsafe content.

NOTE: This problem may cause some Internet pages to be loaded incorrectly.

CAUSE
=====

MSN sets the safety level to High by default, which prevents the download of
active content.

RESOLUTION
==========

Change the safety level to Medium. To do so, use the following steps:

1. Right-click the MSN icon on the desktop, and then click Properties.

2. On the Security tab, click Safety Level.

3. Click Medium, and then click OK.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Refresh to reload the page.
