SYMPTOMS
========

While you are using MSN, The Microsoft Network, the Content Advisor screen may
open unexpectedly and display the following message:

  Sorry! Content Advisor will not allow you to see this site.

CAUSE
=====

You may have enabled Content Advisor when you installed MSN, without creating a
supervisor password.

RESOLUTION
==========

To disable Content Advisor chose the appropriate method.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0
-------------------------------

1. Right-click the Internet icon on the desktop, and then click Properties.

2. Click the Security tab.

3. Under Content Advisor, click Settings.

4. In the Supervisor Password Required dialog box, click OK without typing any
  text in the password box.

5. In the Content Advisor screen, click OK.

6. Under Content Advisor, click Disable Ratings.

7. In the Supervisor Password Required dialog box, click OK without typing any
  text in the password box.

8. Click OK.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0x, 5.0
-------------------------------------

1. Right click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop and click Properties.

2. Click the Content tab, click Disable and type your content adviser password
  and click OK until you return to windows.
  Note: If you do not know your content advisor password, please contact
  Internet Explorer support at:
  http://support.microsoft.com/directory/directory.asp.
