SYMPTOMS
========
When you attempt to connect to MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may receive the
following error message:
Connection Manager needs more files to install.
CAUSE
=====
The MSN software may not be fully installed.
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this issue, you must complete the installation of the MSN software.
To do so, insert the MSN 2.5 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive. At this point, if the
MSN installation screen does not open automatically, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click "Files or Folders".
2. In the Named box, type msnstart.exe.
3. In the Look In box, click the CD-ROM drive, and then click Find Now.
4. Double-click the Msnstart.exe file in the list of found files.
5. Follow the installation instructions on the screen.
6. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Yes.
