SYMPTOMS
========
After you install Microsoft Outlook, MSN, The Microsoft Network, may continue to
use Microsoft Exchange to send and receive e-mail.
CAUSE
=====
Microsoft Internet Explorer is configured to use Windows Messaging (also known
as Microsoft Exchange) as its default mail service.
RESOLUTION
==========
Configure Internet Explorer to use Outlook as its default mail service. To do
so, follow these steps:
1. Right-click the The Internet icon on your desktop, and then click Properties.
2. Click the Programs tab.
3. In the Mail box, click Microsoft Outlook.
4. Click OK.
