Steps to Reproduce Behavior
---------------------------

1. Start a new "Standard EXE" project in Visual Basic.

2. Click Components on the Project menu. Check "Microsoft Rich TextBox Control
  5.0" and click OK.

3. Add a RichTextBox control and a CommandButton to Form1.

4. Add the following code to Form1.

        Private Sub Form_Click()
           RichTextBox1.SelAlignment = rtfCenter
        End Sub

        Private Sub Command1_click()
           RichTextBox1.RightMargin = RichTextBox1.Width * 0.9
        End Sub

5. Press the F5 key to run the application.

6. Click the Form. Note that the alignment of RichTextBox1 does not change to
