SYMPTOMS
========

When run under OS/2 Warp, the Systems Management Server Inventory Agent
(Invos2.exe) fails to detect the following:

- Network (Null values for all IP address, machine name, and logon attributes)

- Netcard (No group displayed in personal computer properties)

- Memory (Null value displayed for Physical Extended Memory)

- Video (Null values for adapter type, manufacturer, and BIOS date)

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
