SYMPTOMS
========

When you use the Internet Mail Service (IMS) to deliver SMTP mail with an
attachment that has a filename with a path in it, the mail received appears as
two attachments. One of the attachment icons does not have any content and is
invalid.


STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange Server
5.0 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on
