SYMPTOMS
========

Many European countries use the comma as a decimal point. If you are using one
of the following European keyboard layouts on a computer running Windows NT
version 4.0 with Service Pack 2 or earlier installed, pressing the period (.) on
the numeric keypad key inserts a decimal point (.) instead of a comma (,).

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0. This
problem has been corrected in Service Pack 3 for Windows NT version 4.0. For
