SUMMARY
=======
In the German version of Microsoft Schedule+ version 7.5, the Help file cannot
be displayed on a computer running Windows 3.x. When you attempt to view the
Help file on a computer running the German version Windows 3.x, the following
error message appears:
Diese Datei ist keine Windows Hilfe-Datei.
Eine neuere Version der Hilfe wird zum Lesen dieser Hilfe-Datei benoetigt.
(The message text is modified; the Microsoft Knowledge Base does not currently
support special characters like the umlaut.)
When you attempt to view this same Help file on a computer running the English
version of Windows 3.x, the following error message appears:
This file is not a Windows Help file.
A newer version of Help is needed to read this Help file.
However, the German Schedule+ Help file can be displayed on a computer running
Windows 95 or Windows NT Workstation.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in build 1457.3 of the German
Microsoft Schedule+ version 7.5 client that ships with Microsoft Exchange Server
version 5.0.

This problem only occurs when you use the German Schedule+ 7.5 client that ships
with Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.0. The problem continues to occur after
you upgrade the 5.0 client to 5.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) using the SP1 client
Update.exe.
