SYMPTOMS
========
If you use a Canon BJC600 or BJC620 to print from Creative Writer, your graphics
may print out as black silhouettes, or they may print out partially in color and
partially in grayscale.
MORE INFORMATION

With some Canon Bubble Jet printers, the emulation printer drivers (e.g. Epson
LQ 2550) will allow you to workaround this type of problem.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Creative Writer. We are
