SYMPTOMS
========
When you try to view the Microsoft Exchange Server Getting Started Guide from a
Microsoft Exchange Macintosh client, the graphics in the documents may appear
fuzzy.
CAUSE
=====
The problem is caused by the bitmap images used in this document. The images are
Windows bitmaps cannot be rendered by the Microsoft Exchange Macintosh client.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange, versions 4.0
and 5.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

The Getting Started Guide is a part of the Sample Applications and included in
Sampapps.pst. You can share it by dragging the folder to a Public Folder, which
you can view from a Microsoft Exchange Macintosh client.
