SYMPTOMS
========
If you run the Setup program from the original medium (disks or shared network
folder) to reinstall a Microsoft Office 97 Developer Edition Tools run-time
application that is already set up on your computer, you may receive the
following error message at the end of Setup:
<Application Name> Setup was not completed successfully.
RESOLUTION
==========
If you have already received the error message, run the Setup program again and
it will complete successfully the second time.
To reinstall your program without receiving the error message, use the method
appropriate for your version of Windows:
Method 1: Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0

1. Click the Start button on the taskbar, point to Settings, and then click
Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. In the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box, click the Install/Uninstall
tab and select your run-time application in the window.
4. Click the Add/Remove button in the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box.
5. When the Setup maintenance program starts, click Reinstall.
Method 2: Microsoft Windows NT 3.51

1. Open the program group for your run-time application.
2. Double-click the Setup icon.
3. When the Setup program starts, click Reinstall.
