SYMPTOMS
========

When you are using a computer that supports Zoomed Video (ZV) devices with a
Zoomed Video card installed, you may hear extra noise while playing MPEG files.

CAUSE
=====

The Speaker Out function of some ZV controllers may not be disabled when a ZV
card is configured, causing extra noise on the playback of MPEG files.


RESOLUTION
==========


STATUS
======

This problem no longer occurs in Windows 98. To resolve this problem, install
the current version of Windows. For information about the current version of
Windows, visit http://www.microsoft.com/windows.
