SYMPTOMS
========

A corrupt page in the private information store causes an access violation. If
the Microsoft Exchange Server and Windows NT Server symbols are properly
installed, the following Dr. Watson log will be generated:

While trying to recover the database, Edbutil caused an access violation upon
hitting this corrupted page, and is unable to run to completion.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange 4.0
U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the
