SYMPTOMS
========
A printer is connected to a docking station and the portable computer running
Windows NT 4.0 has created a printer. While the portable computer is connected
to the docking station, the printer is paused, the portable computer is
undocked, print jobs are sent to the paused print queue, and the portable
computer is then redocked. At this point, the paused print queue is activated.
The print jobs placed in the queue while it was paused are deleted instead of
printed.
RESOLUTION
==========
Install the updated files.
