SYMPTOMS
========

When you open a document in Windows Messaging, the Comic Sans font may not be
available even though it is present in the Fonts folder.

CAUSE
=====

The Comic Sans fonts may not have been correctly set up.

RESOLUTION
==========

Use the following steps to activate the Comic Sans font:

1. In Control Panel, double-click Fonts.

2. Double click the Comic Sans font.

3. Click Done.

STATUS
======

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
