SYMPTOMS
========

When you print from Encarta 97 for the Macintosh, the printout looks different
than what you would expect.

The following are some possible scenarios:

- The right side of page is cut off.

- Some or all of the words are printed in extremely light gray, but generally
  the copyright is not affected.

RESOLUTION
==========

Make sure you are using the correct printer driver for your printer. If
necessary, use the corresponding section below to resolve the problem.

Right Side of Page Cut Off
--------------------------

- Adjust the printer margins to enable all of the text to print.

  -or-

- Adjust printer settings so that the page prints in landscape mode.

Words Print Extremely Light (or not at all)
-------------------------------------------

- Adjust printer settings to print in Black and White mode.

  -or-

- Copy the content and paste into SimpleText or another word processor capable
  of accepting graphics and text. Print the items from this program.
