the maximum size of the Recycle Bin.

When Windows 95 is installed, the Recycle Bin is set by default to occupy a
maximum of 10 percent of each drive. To change this setting after Windows 95 is
installed, follow these steps:
1. Use the right mouse button to click the Recycle Bin, and then click
Properties on the menu that appears.
2. On the Global tab, move the slider to select the maximum size you want for
the Recycle Bin.
3. Click OK.
