MORE INFORMATION
================
The Online Help, Readme.wri file, and product manuals are supplied with Visual
SourceSafe and contain a wealth of information that could help to answer
questions you may have or resolve problems you may encounter. Additional sources
of information or support are listed below.
Readme.wri
----------
The Readmi.wri is located in the root of the SourceSafe directory. This file
contains helpful information about installation, documentation notes, new
features, and additional tips. If you do not have this Readme.wri, it is
available in sections from the Microsoft Knowledge base. These articles can be
found by entering "Readme.wri" as the words to search for on the Microsoft
SourceSafe Knowledge Base Web page.
Microsoft Knowledge Base
------------------------
The Microsoft Knowledge Base is available on the following Web site:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/support
This is a database of informative technical articles written by Microsoft Support
Engineers addressing product support issues.

Microsoft Press at www.msdn.microsoft.com/mspress or call (800) MS-PRESS

books from Microsoft Press that deal exclusively with SourceSafe, but you may
find Visual C++ or Visual Basic books helpful if you are dealing with
integration issues. If you are using SourceSafe integration under Visual Basic,
there are several books that may be helpful. Two books are:
