SYMPTOMS
========

You may receive the following error message:

  Invalid dynamic link call to a .dll file.

RESOLUTION
==========

This message usually means that GEX is trying to access DirectX drivers that are
not present or compatible with the video driver you are using. To remedy this
problem you can:

- Reinstall your previous video drivers for your video card.

  - or -

- Obtain and install the latest DirectX compatible drivers from your video card
  manufacturer.

MORE INFORMATION

NOTE: Most DirectX related problems have been resolved in the latest version of
DirectX. Download the latest version of DirectX or, if you own a game that
installs a newer version of DirectX, install DirectX from the newer game's
disc.
