SYMPTOMS
========

The Quick Windows Viewer appears "empty" and the background color is grey when
attempting to remotely control a Windows NT 4.0 Client from a Windows NT 4.0
Systems Management Server 1.2 Service Pack 2 Server when the Regional Settings
of one machine are set to US and the other one are set to Regional Settings FR
(Frantais - standard). If you try to resize the Quick Windows Viewer, it
automatically resizes as a "small" window.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, obtain the hotfix mentioned below.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.2 Service Pack 2. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft
Systems Management Server 1.2 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining
the service pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base
