SYMPTOMS
========
On IBM PS/2 computers equipped with Madge and IBM Token Ring cards running
Windows 3.11 in a NetWare environment, the client will restart as soon as an SMS
Remote Control session is initiated. This problem occurs with various client
software configurations and ODI/VLM version levels.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Systems Management
Server version 1.2. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service
Pack for Systems Management Server version 1.2. For information on obtaining the
Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
