SYMPTOMS
========

When you run the Conversion Wizard and click the Close button (the button
resembling an X, located in the top-right corner of the title bar) on any panel
except the first one, the following message appears:


  The batch conversion is complete.
  Would you like to confirm another conversion?

If you click the Close button in this dialog box, the Conversion Wizard
restarts.


WORKAROUND
==========

To quit the Conversion Wizard, click the Cancel button.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Word 97 for Windows.
