SYMPTOMS
========

When you create a new template based on the Blank Web Page template using the
following steps, several buttons are duplicated on the Standard, Formatting, and
Drawing toolbars.

1. On the File menu, click New, and click the Web Pages tab.

2. Select the Blank Web Page template, select the Template option, and click OK.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this problem, first create a new document based on the Blank Web
Page template and then save the document as a template.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Word 97 for Windows.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

Formatting Toolbar

Drawing Toolbar

All of the buttons on the drawing toolbar are duplicated either on the Drawing
Toolbar or on the Formatting or Standard Toolbar.

The following buttons are duplicated on two toolbars:

Increase Indent
Decrease Indent
Font Color
