SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to create a Network-disabled hardware profile, you may receive
the following error message:

  Account Unknown
  Account Deleted

When you click OK on the error dialog, the Network-disabled check box is
unavailable and cannot be checked. The next time you view the properties of the
hardware profile, the Network tab will be greyed out and show the following
statement on the page:

  There are no network adapters in this computer.


STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Version 4.0. This
problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT
version 4.0. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the
following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
