SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to open a shortcut included in an Online Viewer title (such as
MSN Today), a different shortcut may be opened.

CAUSE
=====

This issue occurs if a shortcut on your computer has the same name as the
shortcut you are attempting to open in the Online Viewer title. Selecting the
shortcut in the Online Viewer title opens the shortcut that is on your computer.
