SYMPTOMS
========

When you run Microsoft Exchange Server on Windows NT Server version 4.0, you
might see the following error:

  Error 71: No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this
  time because there are already as many connections as the computer can
  accept.

CAUSE
=====

One possible cause for this error is that the NT Server was installed from the
MSDN Select CD. This version of NT Server has a 10 client connection limit.
