The sample code below illustrates how to use the generate_n, begin, end, and
size STL functions in Visual C++.

NOTE: The class/parameter names in the prototype do not match the version in the
header file. Some have been modified to improve readability.

Description
-----------

The generate_n algorithm traverses the range [first, first + n) assigning to each
element the value returned by gen. Note that generate modifies the elements in
the specified range.
