SYMPTOMS
========

If you view a Web page that contains a PowerPoint Animation, the PowerPoint
Animation Player for ActiveX installs itself if you don't already have it. After
the Animation Player Setup program finishes, the PowerPoint Animation may not
play. Instead, it may display your browser's error icon.

RESOLUTION
==========

Click your browser's Refresh button to reload the Web page. The PowerPoint
Animation will now play as expected.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
