SYMPTOMS
========

In Korean Windows NT 3.51, the User Profile Editor does not list any program
groups in the Unlocked Program Groups dialog box. Therefore, the administrator
cannot lock any program groups.

WORKAROUND
==========

In the For Unlocked Groups, Allow User To: dialog box, select the option to be
applied to unlocked personal program groups. The option you choose determines
the kind of modifications the user can make.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Korean Windows NT version 3.51.
We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
