SYMPTOMS
========
Windows NT 4.0 detects only 16 MB of RAM on the ERGO notebook computer. Windows
NT 3.51 correctly detects all 32 MB of RAM.
CAUSE
=====
This is a BIOS problem with the ERGO notebook.
RESOLUTION
==========
Upgrade the computer's BIOS.
