The online help for the Microsoft Exchange Dynamic RAS Connector includes the
following help for RAS Schedule:

  Remote Initiated Select Remote Initiated to send messages queued at this MTA
  only when the remote MTA connects to this MTA. Both MTAs must have the
  two-way alternate (TWA) option selected. Only one of the two MTAs can be
  configured for remote initiation; otherwise, messages won't be delivered.

The reference to two-way alternate (TWA) is erroneous. TWA is only applicable to
an X.400 connector.
