SYMPTOMS
========
When the Microsoft Exchange Server administrator attempts to extract the Windows
NT Account List by clicking Extract on the Tools menu in the Microsoft Exchange
Server Administrator program, the following error message is displayed:
The parameter is incorrect.

RESOLUTION
==========
Apply Microsoft Exchange Server Service Pack 2 (SP2) to the computer running
Windows NT Server 4.0, and the error will no longer occur.

This problem occurs when Microsoft Exchange Server 4.0 SP2 has not been applied
to the computer running that is running both Windows NT Server 4.0 and Microsoft
Exchange Server 4.0. This error does not occur with Microsoft Exchange Server
4.0, or Microsoft Exchange Server 4.0 SP1, if they are installed on a computer
running Windows NT Server 3.51 with SP4.
