When you attempt to run a program designed for Microsoft Windows 95, you
may receive the following error message:

  Can't run 16-bit Windows program.
  This application is not supported by Microsoft Windows NT.

CAUSE
=====

This error occurs with 16-bit programs that are stamped as Windows "4.0"
programs.

Windows on Windows (WOW) in Windows NT 4.0 does not support 16-bit version 4.0
programs.

RESOLUTION
==========

Contact the vendor of the program to inquire whether an updated version of the
software that runs in Windows NT 4.0 is available. Or, install and run the
program in Windows 95.
