SYMPTOMS
========

If you change the setting for your printer to print to a different port type,
the printer icon is not updated.


RESOLUTION
==========

After you change the port type in the printer's properties, refresh the Printers
folder by pressing F5.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version
4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
