SYMPTOMS
========
When you try to perform an Administrative setup (setup /a) using the Microsoft
Word for Windows 6.0 and Bookshelf '94 compact disc, you receive the following
error message:
Setup does not support being run in this mode.
CAUSE
=====
The Setup program on this compact disc is not designed to be used for an
Administrative setup to a network server.
WORKAROUND
==========
To work around this problem, obtain the Word for Windows version 6.0 disks.
To obtain Word for Windows version 6.0 disks, call the Microsoft Order Desk at
(800) 360-7561. If you are outside the United States, contact your local
