SYMPTOMS

During a remote control session of a Windows 3.1 client computer running IPX in a
routed network environment, the video display is incorrect. For example, text
spaces contain the letter "F" and Program Manager appears with no program
groups.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.1. This problem has been corrected in Systems Management Server
version 1.2.
