SYMPTOMS

If USERTSR or USERIPX is not loaded, the Client Help Desk Option application
(EDITINI.EXE) in Systems Management Server displays the following incomplete
message:

  Current setting not available. Remote Control Agent

The following message should have been displayed:

  Current setting not available. Remote Control agent not loaded.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server
version 1.1. This problem has been corrected in Systems Management Server
version 1.2.
