SYMPTOMS
========
While you install Encarta Encyclopedia for Windows, 1996 edition, you receive
one of the following error messages.
Windows 95 Error Message:
Setup tried to create an invalid path using D:\ and Encarta\Pidholdr.dll
Windows 3.x Error Message:
Could not open the file D:\ENCARTA\PIDHOLDR.DLL
CAUSE
=====
Your CD-ROM drive letter has changed since the original installation of
Microsoft Encarta.
RESOLUTION
==========
Remove and then reinstall Encarta using the following steps:
1. Run Encarta Setup. Select the Remove All option.
2. Complete the Setup removal process.
3. Run Encarta Setup again to reinstall Encarta.
