SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to open a service on MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may
receive the following error message:

  - Cannot find Ccdialer.exe.

CAUSE
=====

This message can occur if there is not enough free space on the hard disk.

RESOLUTION
==========

Make additional free space available on the hard disk. At least 40 MB of free
space is recommended. These are some possible ways to free space on the hard
disk:

- Empty the cache for Microsoft Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, click
  Options on the View menu, and then click the Advanced tab. Under Temporary
  Internet Files, click Settings, and then click Empty Folder.

- Delete files from the Windows\Temp folder.

- Delete any other unneeded files.
