SYMPTOMS
========

When you assign a shortcut key to Microsoft Word for Windows 95 version 7.0,
using the shortcut key does not activate Word if it is already running.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this behavior, use the ALT+TAB key combination to activate Word.

STATUS

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the
Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

Word 7.0 is the only program in the Microsoft Office for Windows 95 suite known
to exhibit this behavior.
