SYMPTOMS
========
The Microsoft Mail Connector interchange (MSMI) service shuts down without
logging an error in the event log or generating Drwtsn32.log file.
CAUSE
=====
A handled exception in CSfsEms::vClose function results in a clean shutdown of
the MSExchangeMSMI service.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server
version 4.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for
Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0. For information on obtaining the Service
