SYMPTOMS
========

When you run Microsoft Arcade, you may experience any of the following
symptoms:

- You are unable to start a new game.

- You are unable to play games in full-screen mode.

- The mouse does not function properly.

- When you play Missile Command in a window, missiles may fly out of the window
  and across the desktop.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if Control Strip, version 1.3.1 is running on your
computer. Microsoft Arcade is not compatible with Control Strip, version 1.3.1.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this issue, disable Control Strip before you run Arcade. To do
this, follow these steps:

1. On the Apple menu, click Control Panels, and then click Extensions Manager.

2. In Extensions Manager, click the Control Strip box, and then press DELETE to
  clear it.

3. Close Extensions Manager, and then restart the computer.

Control Strip is a control panel included with Apple System 7.5.3. In versions
earlier than 7.5.3, Control Strip is available only for PowerBook computers.
