SYMPTOMS
========
When you open Bookshelf '96-'97, you receive the following error message:
Bookshelf Guide will not work with this version of the system software. To
use this feature, please upgrade to System 7.1 or later.
CAUSE
=====
Because of an incompatibility between Bookshelf, Apple Guide, and System 7.0,
access to the Bookshelf Guide has been disabled.
RESOLUTION
==========
To use the Bookshelf Guide, you need to upgrade your system software to System
7.1 or later.

Microsoft Bookshelf '96-'97 can be installed on System 7.0, however, you will
not have access to the Bookshelf Guide. The Bookshelf Guide requires at least
System 7.1. Bookshelf Guide is a help feature used to show you how to perform
tasks within the program.
