SYMPTOMS
========


When using the SMS Administrator to make a new package and importing the
Ferret.pdf from the SMS server compact disc \Psstools directory, SMS
Administrator will either GPF or give the following error message:

  the file: <drive letter>:\psstools\x86\ferret.pdf is an incorrect
  version

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Systems Management
Server versions 1.1 and 1.2. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
