SYMPTOMS
========

When you connect to MSN, The Microsoft Network, at 2400 bps and open an Online
Viewer title such as MSN Today, you may be unable to close the title or to
navigate to another location on MSN.

CAUSE
=====

Online Viewer titles are designed to function at modem speeds higher than 2400
bps. You may be able to navigate, but it will be very slow.

RESOLUTION
==========

To close an Online Viewer title, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Close Program
dialog box. Click the title, and then click End Task.

To prevent this problem, connect to MSN at a modem speed greater than 2400 bps.
