If you try to install Return of Arcade on a computer that is running Windows
3.x, Windows NT, Windows 2000, you may receive either of the following error
messages:

  This Setup program is not intended to be used with your version of Windows.

  -or-

  Microsoft Return of Arcade Anniversary Edition is not supported by your
  current operating system. Please refer to the system requirements on the
  product box or in the Readme file on the CD for operating systems that
  support the game.
